Invitation to the 2020 AGM of Video Pool Media Arts Centre

Video Pool Media Arts Centre invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting for the year ending June 30, 2020.

We will share some information about the previous year followed by the nomination and election of the Board of Directors.

Following the AGM, staff and board will be available for discussions about the future of VP, and an acknowledgement of our past, with an opportunity for members to join various VP committees.

Any Member in good standing for at least three months prior to being nominated may be nominated to the Board. Nominations to the Board must be received seven days in advance of the AGM.

Note that only members in good standing are eligible to vote or nominate individuals to the board. Please contact us to ensure your membership is up to date, or visit us online to purchase or renew.
