Booking Equipment

All rentals are now done online through QReserve. To view pricing and make bookings, follow these TWO STEPS:

  1. Please *CLICK HERE * and sign up
  2. Once signed, up search for Video Pool Media Arts Centre, then enter the join code VPQReserve.

 

Equipment Insurance

PLEASE NOTE: Proof of Insurance is required for any rental whose replacement value is $10,000 or greater.

If you are not able to have your home insurance provide coverage, we suggest using the link below for inexpensive coverage

We encourage all rentals to obtain insurance if you are able
