VP really appreciates your generous donations to our GENERAL FUND, where we put your generosity to work where it is most needed each year. To donate to where VP needs funds the most, just use the form below and choose Option 1.

Every donation supports a wide range of Manitoba technology-based arts practices and programs on a local, national and international scale, including:

• Video art creation, presentation and dissemination
• Audio art production, design and post-production
• Electronic art, digital art, immersive art and design
• Access to technology, facilities and expertise for all Manitobans
• Arts Advocacy
• and so much more!

We strive to ensure every media artist has access to the means of creativity through access to equipment, facilities, education programs, events, exhibitions and distribution. Your donation, whether $5, or $500, will go a long way to ensuring Manitoba artists remain one of the most active and successful in the country.

Join the Leroux family in support of the Scott Leroux Fund for Media Arts Exploration.  This memorial fund was created with the Leroux Family to support artists in exploring their practice as it relates to technology in a ‘living laboratory’ setting.

The SCOTT LEROUX FUND for Media Arts Exploration pays for an artist to spend a month exploring technology in their practice in Poolside Gallery.

Your donation will be directed to this annual program and you will have the chance to meet with the artist you support.

VP instigates the development of technology-based creative practice by providing artists with artistic and educational opportunities to learn and develop a technology-based practice.

Your donation directly supports an artist to attend a workshop in order to further their career.

Motivate a local artist’s creative output and simultaneously support VP’s mission to develop media arts practices in Manitoba.

DONATE the value of a membership for an artist in need! Simply contribute the value of a CPU, GPU or Motherboard membership and include the name of the artist and their contact details. VP will ensure they receive their membership and that they know you are the generous benefactor who helped them access VP for another year!

Preserve important and under-represented Manitoba history and ensure Manitoba artists continue to be recognized for their important contribution to Canadian art.

Digitize a tape from the VP archive and ensure the preservation of media arts from the prairies. Every work that your donation digitizes will be be made available for international distribution, preserving the content for future generations of curators, artists, researchers and supporters.
