Prototype Interactive Experiences using Augmented Reality!

In this workshop, we will look at how to create augmented reality experiences using Unity and Vuforia. The following steps will be covered to give artists a sense of creating an AR art project:
- Install Vuforia into Unity.
- Configure Vuforia inside of Unity.
- Create a Vuforia Database with oneās own images.
- Best practices for oneās own images.
- Create a portal-like AR prototype.
- Create an interactive AR prototype with 1 or 2 buttons.
No experience required but some unity experience is an asset.Ā The participants will build an AR prototype during this online workshop.
About the instructor:
Dallas Flett-Wapash, BFA, is an Ininew-Seaulteaux from Keeseekoose First Nations. He is currently based in Brandon, Manitoba, working in Game Design and other interactive art forms with Unity.
