New Gear Alert!
New Equipment ON ORDER
We're not going to let the CCA cool our mood with the ending of the equipment acquisition fund. We're going to record in multi-channel bliss instead!
On it's way are x2 DIY microphone kits from Microphone Parts. These kits are builds of the Schoeps CMC mics, and will compliment our existing 2 Schoeps nicely. This means, technically, we'll have 6! The mics also have interchageable capsules, and there will be a choice between omni and cardiod.
To compliment and power these beauties, we have also ordered the Sound Devices MixPre-10. We have a MixPre-6 already, but we needed a bigger one.
Eusebio has to build the mics before you can use them, but be reassured that as soon as they are received, they will be built!
