We have two ears, yes, but we don't really hear like we hear in a stereo pair of headphones. We hear things below, above, and all around us. That's why many theatres now have speakers in the ceiling!

This is not that kind of room though.

We're finally done with the finishing touches on our 8.1 channel audio suite. Why 8 channels, you ask? GREAT QUESTION. At 8 speakers, you lose the ability to locate which speaker the sound is coming from, meaning that the meaning is more intense. This room is equip with a whole suite of virtual tools to mix and master in multi-channel.

I would HIGHLY recommend coming in for a tour.

Remember, we also have 8 identical mics to record with, and 8 identical speakers to exhibit your work with. So come havea chat with us about how to use this room! If you make music, it is quite a treat to mix audio in a format other than stereo.
