motors workshop 2017

This workshop will guide you through the exciting and mysterious world of Motors! In this workshop we will connect and drive Servo Motors!, Stepper Motors!, DC Motors!, and AC Motors!. The focus will be on hands on results (not too much theory I promise) to make the amazing  possibilities of Motors! available to your artistic projects and practice.

Dates: Tuesday, July 25 , 2017 (6pm-9pm)
Fees: $60 member / $80 non-member
Location: Video Pool Studio (300 – 100 Arthur St.)
Limit: 6 Participants

About the instructor:
Andrew John Milne is an independent media artist based in Winnipeg Manitoba who invents anachronistic optical mechanisms to explore the construction of dreams and knowledge. I have created work that has exhibited locally, nationally and internationally.
