Participants will learn to use the manual settings of these cameras, gaining greater control to produce video of the highest quality. We’ll be learning about exposure, white balance, gain control, shutter settings, audio settings, lighting situations, zebra stripes and more!

Adobe After Effects is a digital animation tool whose range of possibilities is virtually limitless. After Effects allows users to animate, alter, and composite media in 2D and 3D space with various built-in tools and third party plug-ins. Adobe After Effects is used with Avid, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and other software. Filmmakers use Adobe After Effects to alter and enhance video images and bring a new level to their productions.

This workshops aim to bridge the gap between the virtual/digital world of computers and the physical world towards creating imaginative meaningful links between users and systems. Topics will include; interactive vs reactive, sensors and actuators, making vs hacking and critical thinking amongst others.
